CEL 100% LAB-SERIES WHEY STEP 1: We use less Whey Concentrate to keep Calorie, Fat and Saturated Fat levels minimal and  to enable us to give you the very best balance in “quality” protein from every serving of CEL LAB SERIES WHEY.

CEL 100% LAB-SERIES WHEY STEP 2: At CEL we wanted to deliver a higher (BV) “Biological Value” in our LAB-SERIES WHEY.  To achieve this we used a higher amount of Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) which ensures maximum purity of CEL LAB-SERIES Whey Protein powder.

CEL 100% LAB-SEIRIES WHEY STEP 3: Not content knowing that our product contained higher amounts of whey Protein Isolate (WPI), the high Biological Value protein we also decided to introduce hydrolysed whey or (whey hydrolysate) which results in the amino acid peptide bonds being broken enzymatically into short amino chains that in turn helps lead to better absorption in the stomach and is renowned to be the most digestible protein.

Recommended Usage
For optimum results use 2-4 servings of LAB-SERIES Whey daily. Ideally, use 1 serving 60-120 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise.
To Mix a regular shake providing 27 grams of protein: Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 200-250ml of ice cold water or 250ml of milk and shake for approx 5 seconds.
