RECOMMENDED USEAGE:

 

mix 1 scoop of Nox Rush with 4-8 oz. of cold water. Adjust the amount of water to achieve your desired flavour and sweetness. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and response. Your weight and body chemistry will inevitably determine how long it takes to experience the effects from NOX-RUSH. You may consume up to three scoops but do not exceed more than three scoops at any given time. For maximum results consume 128 oz. of water per day along with a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. After consuming NOX-Surge for 12 weeks, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.


Recommended Use On Training Days: After assessing your tolerance, consume 1-3 scoops with 4-24 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to training. Use approximately 4-8 oz. of water per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of water to find your desired flavour and sweetness.

For maximum results take on an empty stomach (at least 2 hours after eating a meal).

Non-Training Days: Mix 1 scoop of powder with 4-8 oz. of cold water and always consume on an empty stomach for best results.
