How to use Creatine MONOHYDRATE
Loading Phase
Take 5 grams four times daily for 5 days.
Take 5 grams five times daily for 4 days.
Maintenance Phase
Take 5 grams daily. Take for around 7-10 weeks, with two to three weeks off, before pre loading and maintaining.
Drink Plenty of Liquids!
Creatine works by enhancing muscle cell hydration. It is very important to consume adequate fluids while taking creatine to see best results. A good rule of thumb is to drink and EXTRA 16 to 20 ounces of liquid for every 5 grams of creatine you take.
